Getting help

One rule: never stay stuck for more than a few minutes. Stuck is where momentum goes to die, and it’s always unnecessary, because help is genuinely close. There is no silly question — there are only leaks left unfixed.

Two quick checks solve most problems on the spot:

  1. Search this help centre. There’s a guide for every feature, right down to the fiddly stuff like the domain records — and the search box is faster than scrolling. For how-do-I questions, this is usually the quickest answer.
  2. Re-run the relevant setup checks. If something has stopped behaving — messages not arriving, the AI not replying — the cause is very often a connection rather than a fault. Run the three channel tests again, and confirm your account settings (especially the time zone) still say what you think they say.

If the checks above don’t crack it, come to us.

Send your message whenever it suits you. Our AI assistant picks it up straight away and can solve the common problems on the spot; anything it can’t, it hands to the team, who know the platform and how businesses like yours use it.

Something behaving oddly, something you want to set up but can’t see how, or the honest classic — “I clicked something and now it looks weird” — all fair game.

The more of this you give us up front, the faster the fix comes back:

  • What you were doing — the feature you were in and the steps you took.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened — including any error message, word for word.
  • Screenshots — one clear screenshot often saves three rounds of email.
